सागर। डॉ हरीसिंह गौर बस स्टैंड के दुकानदारों को एसडीएम रवींद्र चौकसे ने नोटिस जारी किए हैं।इन सात दुकानदारों को मप्र लोक परिसर बेदखली अधिनियम के तहत नोटिस मिले  है।नोटिस के अनुसार बकाया किराया जमा करने और नया एग्रीमेंट कराने का समय दिया है।यदि ऐसा नहीं किया तो  दुकानें खाली करा ली जाएगी। यह कार्रवाई सपनि मुख्यालय से निर्देश पर हो रही है।बताते चले कि सपनि के परिसमापन के बाद बस स्टैंड का संचालन कलेक्टर की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति कर रही है। लेकिन वर्तमान कलेक्टर और पूर्व कलेक्टरों ने राजनैतिक हस्तक्षेप के कारण दुकानदारों से किराया नहीं वसूला। यहाँ पर मार्कफेड उपाध्यक्ष डॉ वीरेंद्र पाठक,लाज संचालक भूपेंद्र सिंह,बस आपरेटर अशोक श्रीवास्तव,राजकुमार बरकोटी आदि कांग्रेस-भाजपा नेताओं के कब्जे हैं। यहीं नहीं जहां इन्हें दुकानें आवंटित हैं उन पर शिकमी किराएदार बैठाकर रखे हैं।फिर भी आज तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं कि गयी है।इसके अलावा इन दूकानदारों ने अतिक्रमण करके रखे हैं।   

           हालांकि अब वसूली के नोटिस दिये हैं,जबकि पूरे परिसर में अवैध कब्जे हैं।  मप्र सडक़ परिवहन निगम के बस स्टैंड पर बनी दुकानों के दुकानदारों ने पिछले दस साल का किराया जमा नहीं किया है, इसलिए बेदखल करने के नोटिस थमाए गए है। जानकारी के अनुसार दुकानदारों का एग्रीमेंट समाप्त हुए पांच साल से अधिक समय हो गया है। इसके बाद भी एग्रीमेंट का रिन्यूवल नहीं कराया है। इन पर एक लाख से लेकर डेढ़ लाख रुपए से अधिक का किराया बकाया है। गौरतलब है कि मप्र सरकार ने भले ही मप्र सडक़ परिवहन विभाग का परिसमापन कर दिया है। लेकिन केंद्र सरकार के सडक़ एवं परिवहन मंत्रालय ने अभी तक परिसमापन की मंजूरी नहीं दी है। इसका मुख्यालय भोपाल में संचालित है। वहां से प्रदेश में जहां-जहां सपनि की संपत्ति है उसकी देखरेख की जा रही है। भोपाल से सपनि के महाप्रबंधक के पत्र के बाद बेदखली की कार्रवाई हो रही है।

वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के हक में निर्णय

सागर।अनुविभागीय अधिकारी सागर न्यायालय द्वारा माता-पिता और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों का भरण पोषण कल्याण अधिनियम के तहत दो प्रकरणों में माता-पिता व वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के हक में अह्म निर्णय दिये गये है । जिसमें एक प्रकरण में चार बेटो को अपनी माता के भरण पोषण हेतु प्रतिमाह 500-500 रूपये देने तथा दूसरे प्रकरण में दो पुत्रो को अपने माता-पिता के जीवनकाल में कृषि भूमि का आधिपत्य दिये जाने के आदेष जारी किये गये है ।

            अनुविभागीय राजस्व अधिकारी रवीन्द्र चौकसे ने बताया कि इस न्यायालय द्वारा माता-पिता और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों का भरण पोषण कल्याण अधिनियम 2007 के तहत श्रीमती लक्ष्मीबाई पत्नि टीकाराम विष्वकर्मा निवासी सदर केन्ट द्वारा प्रस्तुत आवेदन पत्र पर उनके पुत्र विनोद, संतोष, भगवानदास, टिल्लू पिता टीकाराम विष्वकर्मा निवासी सदर केन्ट सागर तहसील व जिला सागर के विरूद्ध 500-500 रूपये प्रत्येक माह आवेदिका लक्ष्मीबाई पत्नि स्व0 टीकाराम विष्वकर्मा को दिये जाने का आदेष पारित किया गया है ।

            इसी प्रकार आवेदक रामनाथ राठौर पिता फुल्ले राठौर निवासी कर्रापुर द्वारा प्रस्तुत आवेदन पत्र पर उनके पुत्र कैलाष, परषोत्तम, पिता रामनाथ राठौर निवासी कर्रापुर के विरूद्ध आवेदक रामनाथ राठौर को ग्राम गोदई में स्थित 4.75 एकड भूमि को अपने माता पिता के जीवनकाल तक माता-पिता को अधिपत्य में दिये जाने का आदेष पारित किया गया है ।
